A: As a wholesale customer, when you enroll in Portal, by default your account is set to retail pricing and you cannot place an order with the adjusted wholesale pricing (yet). Your account needs to be reviewed by your account manager before you can place a wholesale priced order. Once all information is submitted, you will receive an approval email, which will then allow you to login as a wholesale customer. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
A: Portal detects your previous orders based on a number of factors. The primary factor being your email address. If Portal was unable to locate your previous orders reach out to your account manager and they’ll be able to link them to your account.
A: This is a manual process we are working to automate. In the meantime, it can take 1-2 business days for your profile to update to the new pricing schedule. If you are trying to place an order, you may contact us with a request to expedite the profile update. However, we cannot guarantee any expedited processing.
A: Once an order has been placed, visit “My Account“. On the left sidebar menu, click on “Orders”. This will provide information on orders that have been placed within the website.
